We offer a complimentary, basic alterations service for garments purchased at full price.
Our professional tailor is available for consultations regarding more complex
alterations, where a nominal charge will apply. Alterations on sale items also attract a nominal charge. We aim to offer a one week turn-a-round for our
alterations service.
Assistance
If you are seeking new ideas for a wardrobe update, an outfit for a special occasion or perhaps a holiday wardrobe, our approachable staff will willingly offer friendly, honest, styling advice.
Evening Appointments
If our opening hours are unsuitable for your lifestyle, we are happy to provide an evening appointment to ensure individual attention and a relaxed environment. Please phone to book a suitable time.
Exchange & Refund
We want you to be truly satisfied with your purchase. For any garment that is purchased at full price, if for any reason you decide that you would like to return your goods. Please do so within 10 days of purchase, unworn and with the original labels still on the garment, with the receipt and we will happily offer an exchange or full refund.
For any item purchased at a sale price, we will only offer an exchange or refund if the garment is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Holding A Garment
Should you require us to hold a garment for you, we are happy to oblige for a short period of time. Please provide us with your name, contact number and the date that you will return for the item.
Special Orders
Some of our suppliers hold additional stock in Europe. This enables us to order in specific colours and sizes of certain items. If we do not have your requirement in stock, where possible we will offer to order in the garment.
Dependent on the supplier and availability, we would normally hope to have the stock available to try on in the shop within 7 working days.
